Our Regular Beef Boxof Premium Dry Aged Heritage Beef. Pasture grazed on the farm and dry aged for a deeper, fuller flavour.
To ensure freshness all beef is for pre order fresh otherwise we freeze our beef as soon the butcher has cut and packed our beef.
Each box will contain:
- Choice of steaks
- 2 x 200g Fillet Steaks + 2 x 250g Rump Steaks
- OR
- 2 x 250g Sirlion Steaks and/or 2 x 250g Ribeye Steaks
- All boxes contain
- 1 x 1kg Roasting Joints (Topside or Silveside). Perfect for Rotisseries or oven roasting
- 1 pack of 4 Burgers (750g per pack). Perfect for BBQs
- 1 pack of 600g beef merguez sausages
- 3 x Mince (500g per pack)
